The Automatic Spraying Line for Ceiling Soundproof Panels is an automated coating equipment specially designed for ceiling soundproof panels (common materials include gypsum boards, calcium silicate boards, metal composite boards, etc.), adapting to their large-size and flat product characteristics. Its core advantages are as follows: first, it is suitable for the width and thickness of soundproof panels, and realizes stable and continuous conveying of panels through a speed-adjustable roller conveyor system, avoiding conveying deviation caused by the large size of workpieces; second, in response to the requirement that "surface coating of soundproof panels must balance aesthetics with moisture-proof/fire-resistant performance", it can accurately spray moisture-proof paint, fire-resistant coatings or decorative topcoats.
