The Online Reciprocating Flat-surface Automatic Spraying Line is an automated coating equipment deeply integrated into the overall production process, specifically designed for flat workpieces (such as plastic panels for home appliances, metal decorative plates, cover plates for electronic devices, etc.). Its core features lie in the combination of "online linkage" and "reciprocating spraying": on the one hand, the equipment can seamlessly connect with the front-end feeding and back-end drying/quality inspection processes, allowing workpieces to complete the entire "conveying-spraying-curing" process without manual transfer, significantly reducing production interruptions; on the other hand, the spraying mechanism moves reciprocally along a preset trajectory, and with a precisely speed-controlled conveying system, it can evenly cover the surface of flat workpieces, avoiding problems such as uneven thickness and missing sprays caused by manual spraying.
This production line is compatible with various coatings such as water-based paints and UV paints, and can adjust parameters such as reciprocating speed and spraying pressure through programs to meet the coating needs of flat workpieces made of different materials (plastic, metal, plates).
