1. 前处理:确保铜排表面洁净无杂质

  • 打磨 / 拉丝:去除铜排表面氧化层、油污和毛刺,保证表面粗糙度符合浸塑要求。

  • 清洗:用脱脂剂(如碱性清洗剂)浸泡或擦拭,去除残留油污和粉尘。

  • 干燥:自然晾干或低温烘干(60-80℃),彻底去除表面水分,避免浸塑后出现气泡。

2. 预热:提升涂层附着力

  • 将清洁干燥后的铜排放入烘箱,预热温度控制在 120-160℃。

  • 预热时间根据铜排厚度调整(一般 5-15 分钟),确保铜排整体温度均匀。

  • 目的是让浸塑粉接触铜排后快速熔融,增强涂层与铜排的结合力。

3. 浸塑:均匀附着粉末涂层

  • 选择适配的热塑性浸塑粉(如 PVC、PE 材质),倒入浸塑槽中。

  • 手动握持铜排一端,将需涂覆的部位完全浸入粉末槽中,停留 3-10 秒。

  • 缓慢提起铜排,抖落多余粉末,确保涂层厚度均匀(常规厚度 0.8-2.0mm)。

4. 固化:使涂层成型稳定

  • 将浸塑后的铜排放入固化烘箱,温度升至 180-220℃。

  • 固化时间 15-30 分钟,根据涂层厚度和粉末类型调整,确保粉末完全熔融、流平并固化。

  • 固化过程中避免铜排碰撞,防止涂层破损。

5. 后处理:修整成品

  • 冷却:自然冷却至室温,或用风冷加速冷却,避免高温下涂层变形。

  • 修整:用刀具去除多余飞边、毛刺,检查涂层是否有气泡、漏涂等缺陷。

  • 检验:核对涂层厚度、附着力(可通过划格试验检测),合格后即为成品。

  1. Pretreatment: Ensure the copper busbar surface is clean and free of impurities

  • Grinding/Wire Drawing: Remove the oxide layer, oil stains and burrs from the copper busbar surface to ensure the surface roughness meets the dip coating requirements.

  • Cleaning: Soak or wipe with a degreaser (such as alkaline cleaning agent) to remove residual oil stains and dust.

  • Drying: Air-dry naturally or bake at a low temperature (60-80℃) to completely remove surface moisture and avoid bubbles after dip coating.

  1. Preheating: Improve coating adhesion

  • Put the cleaned and dried copper busbar into an oven, with the preheating temperature controlled at 120-160℃.

  • The preheating time is adjusted according to the thickness of the copper busbar (usually 5-15 minutes) to ensure the overall temperature of the copper busbar is uniform.

  • The purpose is to make the dip coating powder melt quickly when it contacts the copper busbar, enhancing the bonding force between the coating and the copper busbar.

  1. Dip Coating: Uniformly attach the powder coating

  • Select a suitable thermoplastic dip coating powder (such as PVC, PE material) and pour it into the dip coating tank.

  • Hold one end of the copper busbar manually, completely immerse the part to be coated into the powder tank, and stay for 3-10 seconds.

  • Lift the copper busbar slowly, shake off excess powder, and ensure the coating thickness is uniform (conventional thickness 0.8-2.0mm).

  1. Curing: Stabilize the coating formation

  • Put the dip-coated copper busbar into a curing oven, and raise the temperature to 180-220℃.

  • The curing time is 15-30 minutes, adjusted according to the coating thickness and powder type, to ensure the powder is completely melted, leveled and cured.

  • Avoid collision of copper busbars during the curing process to prevent coating damage.

  1. Post-treatment: Finish the finished product

  • Cooling: Cool naturally to room temperature or accelerate cooling with air cooling to avoid coating deformation at high temperature.

  • Trimming: Use a tool to remove excess flash and burrs, and check for defects such as bubbles and missing coating on the coating.

  • Inspection: Verify the coating thickness and adhesion (detectable by cross-cut test), and the product is qualified once passed.
